The Street Sports Incubator in Lebanon has completed 3 cycles since its launch, with a total of 64 projects funded to date, with a target of 100 projects by the end of the Youth RESOLVE 2 Project.
This innovative program aims to provide young people with the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills while using street sports as a means of social impact and community development.
Through the Street Sports Incubator, young people aged 18 to 30 can apply for funding to develop their sports and street culture projects, which can include anything from sports events to clothing brands or media campaigns. The program aims to provide a platform for young entrepreneurs to showcase their ideas, and to support them in bringing their projects to life.
The incubator not only provides financial support, but also offers training and mentorship to help young people develop their skills in project management, marketing, and networking. The program aims to empower young people to become leaders and in their communities, while increasing employability levels, fostering social cohesion and gender equity.
By providing young people with the resources and support they need to create their own businesses and projects, the program is helping to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among youth in Lebanon.
